1. Recommendation to approve Minutes from
last meeting.

as Police Chief for the City of Hamilton with pending benefits and
effective hire date to be decided at a later date.

on 2008 & 2009 Audits. This is period ending September 30th, 2009 &
September 30th, 2010.
4. Recommendation to
reject all police car outfitting bids due to Item # 2.C. of bid 1 & 2 did
not specify that radio must meet Project 25 (P-25) standard.

re-bid all police car outfitting with specification that radio's meet
Project 25 (P-25) standards with capacity to migrate from analog to digital
mode as set by FCC.

the Fire Department Equipment Fund and $2,725.00 out of the General Fund for
